Weather and Hydration
This is going to be a very warm weekend! Make sure you bring a water bottle and anything else you may need to stay cool and hydrated. While the music, movie, and expo are mostly all under tents there are outside activities so bring sunscreen too! Fountains and faucets will be available for filling up your water bottles and the Madison Water Wagon will be at Law Park on Sunday for quick fill ups.
Transportation, Parking, and the Badger Trolly
Parking for Friday and Saturday is on a first come first serve basis. The parking lots at Nichols Elementary, Monona-Grove High, Winnequah Elementary, Maywood Elementary, and Winnequah Park will also be available.
On Sunday the Badger Trolley will run starting at 6:00am between Nichols Elementary, Monona-Grove High, Winnequah Elementary, Maywood Elementary, and Winnequah Park. Riders should look for the “Trolley Stop” sign at each location to line up. At 9:30am the Trolley will switch to making stops at the following Parks along the Walk route Frost Woods Beach, Olin, Law, Hudson, Olbrich, Schluter Beach, and Winnequah. After the Walk the Trolley will return riders to the parking lots up until 5:00 pm.
